India has a wide range of laws to protect children and child protection is considered to be a core component of social development. Yet, large number of children is prone to violence, abuse and exploitation. Violence may occur in all settings such as at home, school, childcare institutions and work-places and in the community.
India is known for its rich and beautiful culture and tradition. Women are given the place of goddess in the Indian culture. But in recent years the crimes against women, are on the raise, there seems the safety and security of women are at stake.
Our constitution and laws support and provide financial security, welfare and protection for senior citizens. So it is our responsibility to protect, support and ensure medical care for the aged.
